blunt is a big fat joint rolled in flavored cigar wrapper (blunt wrap) a bong is a glass or plastic water pipe, stinks if you spill the water after its been used, but gets you very high, as for getting high on other substances... Try some nyquil, that will put you to sleep and make you feel kinda dopy.  more
