What is a Board of Governors (BOG) Fee Waiver?
California residents who attend community colleges may be eligible to have their Enrollment Fees paid by the state of California. When you qualify for a BOG the financial aid office will mail you a discounted parking permit letter. You can show the bookstore the letter for a discount on a parking permit. Make sure you keep the letter it will be good for a parking permit discount in fall and spring.
