The answer would somewhat be D. In specifications for boats, when the term "draft" is used, it refers to the vertical distance from the water to the lowest part of the vessel. There is one item that will cause some concern. This is also measured on a "dry" vessel, that is, unloaded - no groceries or people, also no water or fuel.  more
