What is a boundary line adjustment?

A boundary line adjustment is an adjustment of the property between two existing legal –parcels by conveying title interest. A boundary line adjustment can be filed if there is a construction error (built over property line), or there is a conflict between two surveys. A boundary line adjustment only moves the ownership lines, and not the platted lines. more
