A building or home inspection is a visual and operational examination of the physical structure and systems of a house, condominium, or building. The inspection process evaluates and reports on the condition of the structural and mechanical components of the property. However, a Criterium Engineers building inspection is a Professional Engineer's opinion of the current condition and future performance of the building's major systems (including the structure) based on visual evidence.
