Well it is a rescue center for Chihuahuas that have been saved from undesirable situations, animal shelters, or have been turned in by there owners. Chihuahua Rescues are non-profit organizations and most carry a 501 (c) (3) status from the US Government, which makes any donation you give them tax deductible. To insure that your donation is tax deductible make sure that the rescue center carries the appropriate government status.
