What is a church denomination ?And how would you describe the different type of church?
Denominations are brought about by the fact that Churches split becasue of doctrinal differences or they hold slightly different undrestandings about suvch thing as Chruch government or batism. If a Christian is in a Church that leaves the truth of gods Word then he/she is bound to leave that Chruch and find one that holds to true doctrine: there is no exception to this (small differences of interpreitation excepting.) The most prominent casue of this is perhaps when John Wesley and George Whitfield started up the Metrhodist movment: Wesley began as an Anglican and when he sort to live true Anglican doctrine he was thrown out of the Chruch: the Methodist Church began becasue Wesley and his friends wanted to amintain a Biblical outlook (unfortunatly the Methodist movement is now retunring to the errors that it came out from.
