What is a Connexions Personal Adviser (PA)?
A Personal Adviser is someone who can help you with any problems you might be having that are affecting you in or out of college. Personal Advisers are people you can talk to in confidence about anything that affects your life. Connexions PAs will either help you directly, or put you in touch with the best people to support you. Personal Advisers can: • get to know you and offer information and support throughout your time at college. • keep in close contact with you in order to support you with any problems you might be having. • help smooth your path through difficult choices. • help you to participate fully in college life and prevent you from failing your course or dropping-out.
