A Contractor Team Arrangement (CTA) under the GSA Schedules Program is an arrangement in which two or more GSA Schedule contractors join together to provide a total solution to meet a customer's needs. Orders placed under a CTA are subject to the terms and conditions of each team member's GSA Schedule contract.
