Well i think a mullet is a mullet no matter what adjective you put in front of it but apparently a fashion mullet is more’disconnected’ than just the bottom layer and the hair is carves out around the ear [or disconnected] from the rest of the head, drawing the eye away from the bottom layer and back up to the top and sides where the top layers that surround the head appear shorter, more choppy and more defined.
