What is a FastTrak Conclusion Report?
Whilst you are looking for a property with FastTrak, we will validate the information you have supplied us with Job Centre Plus and take up references from your employer & previous/current landlords as appropriate. Once done, we will calculate the exact amount of housing benefit you are entitled to and the maximum top-up that you can afford. This will be detailed on a Conclusion Report, which is also your guaranteed acceptance for the FastTrak scheme. The Conclusion Report will be valid for 60 days and can be extended for another 30days free of charge.
