What is a final walk-through?
A. Your buyer will have a final walk-through of the property just prior to the closing (either the day before or the day of closing). This is to ensure that the property is in the same condition that it was in when the buyer placed it under contract and to make sure that all conditions specified within the contract are met before the closing takes place.
When you give notice to leave you will need to pick a date that will be your last day in the space, at that time you will schedule a “walk through” with a Superior Street staff member so that they can view your room and ensure you have complied with all of the move out terms in the lease. Don’t forget, you need to make an elevator request to move out.
