What is a full body Swedish Massage like?
A full body swedish massage entails the use of oil or lotion to perform gliding massage strokes over the skin and to work the muscles that lay beneath with varrying amounts of pressure. Both the back and the front of the body are massaged, including the back, neck, shoulders, arms, hands, legs, feet, face, head and scalp. Abdominal, chest, and gluteal massage may be included upon request. Each session will be customized based on the client’s physical needs and their preferences for the masage. Special focus is given to any problem areas of tension, or areas the client requests more work on.
