Our process begins with careful cleaning and hand inspection of your print, which is then professionally sandwiched between a UV protective laminate and a low pressure, low temperature adhesive. Your delicate art is never subjected to potentially damaging high temperatures. Once the adhesive is in place, your artwork is expertly applied to the final MDF substrate, where it is allowed to cure and stabilize for several days. Once cured, the edge of your piece is then carefully milled to shape using our commercial cabinet builders edging equipment - where the decorative edge color of your choice is applied in a single pass. Hanging options are then applied and your completed Gallery Mount is properly packaged for shipping, or pickup if you are in the area.
