What is a garden vault?
A burial or garden vault is an outer container for a casket that is scheduled for burial in the ground. There are several types of vaults, we at Ocean View find the concrete garden vaults are the most common used. Casket manufacturers that supply metal, steel or precious metal caskets such as copper or stainless steel often offer a warranty. These warranties may range from several years up to 75 years. However these warranties are only covered if a proper outside container is used, such as a concrete garden vault. Without the outside container being used there warranty is void.
