Nothing-A Chorus Line A Fine, Fine Line – Avenue Q Stranger to the Rain- Children of Eden My Strongest Suit- Aida I Enjoy Being a Girl- Flower Drum Song (I think?) Somewhere That’s Green- Little Shop of Horrors Roxie- Chicago My Junk- Spring Awakening (not actually a solo, but could be sung as one) The Spark of Creation-Children of Eden A few of these are pretty well known, but a couple aren’t as widely circulated. I would try for the ones that people haven’t heard as much, as when you try to do an overdone song (like songs from Wicked) you get compared to the original artists and the many different covers others have done. I also tried to list easier Mezzo songs that mostt. 🙂 I sing soprano, but I can only belt alto, so I have to pick easier songs. These are just a step up or so from the alto belts. (Or, like for Nothing/Stranger to the Rain, on the line). Hope this helps!
