What is a good beginners electric guitar for under 400$?
Stay away from Starter packs if you want to be serious. You do not have to spend a lot of money, but should go to stores and talk with people at the stores about product. I prefer buying a used instrument, just make sure that the strings do not sit too high. With a used instrument, you can spend $400 and get a $700 guitar. The other thing to do is try as many guitars as you can that fall in your price range, check them for comfort, weight, feel make sure that you could sit or stand with it for a long time. Once you have tried many, you should be able to find the starter guitar that suits your needs. I am personally an Ibanez fan, but that doesn’t mean that you will also be one.
