What is a good chicken noodle soup receipe for the crock pot?

I just dice up some boneless/skinless chicken breast, dust them with some seasoned flour, put them in the crock add some chicken broth and a bit of water, salt and pepper. In a hot skillet I “brown” some sliced carrots, onion and celery just to make them sweat, toss them in. About an hour before eating time, I put in some frozen egg noodles. The chicken and broth can sit for a long time, so just add the noodles a bit before you want to eat. If you want it to be chicken and dumplings, I just add a bit of flour/water to the mix to thicken it up and instead of noodles I roll out some refrigerator biscuits and slice them up into pieces with a pizza cutter, drop them in about 1 1/2 hours before we want to eat.
