well their all good.none is bad it just people don’t like to keep it up after awhile cause it get in their way/or just don’t follow the tape .you got to have motivation that’s the real key in losing Weight.so go down to your local store and pick one out you like. most people with no one telling them to push alittle harder will just give up.my coach says when your about ready to give up. push yourself 3 more minutes than take a breather another thing is over exhaustion don’t push yourself every day do a 30 min work out in two day increments one day work the upper part of your body the next work the lower half take a day off and maybe do a 30 min walk on your off days than the next two days work out for 30 Min’s but do the lower part than the next day work on your upper part next day run for 10 Min’s. proper diet also works with the workouts don’t starve yourself it don’t do you or your body good but before you start any exercise go to your DOCTORS and discuss this with him/her.
