Well, I am afraid that, while it is entirely possible to change one’s eye color with a spell, it can only be done through ceremonial, or high magic, and would take years of experience and assistance from spirit beings. You can get colored contacts without a prescription off the Internet, though and they are pretty cheap. A LOT cheaper than what you would have to do to accomplish this magically.
