What is a good lizard pet?
When I got my first lizard after spending much time I found that the best bet is either a Crested Gecko or a Leopard Gecko. Both are relatively easy to care for and enjoy moderate handling. I purchased Crested Gecko’s because I like their look better but that is an individual decision. A bonus with a Crested Gecko is that you need never feed it live insects if you don’t want to or live with someone who is squeamish about having crickets in the house. They just eat their Repashy and add vitamin powder weekly. You can also feed them baby food mixed with calcium and vitamins for a treat as well.
