Odorless garlic and parsley tablets. Hopefully you will be able to find them at your local chemist / drugstore. If you do find then start taking two at meal times for one week. This will build up your system and allow the natural medicine to take effect. Then take two in the morning. That’s all you need to do. You can also if you want eat garlic, raw or cooked to aid you. I have eaten it raw, it was Ok. Also you can eat raw parsley, again to help your system. If you cannot find it at your local drug store you may be able to find it online. Good health to you.

Hi, I have tried using a milk saucer (tea cup style) and also a plastic drink container and put a bit of warm water with salt within the container. I then tilt my head to the side and slightly backwards and pour the water into one nosal while closing the other nosal until the water flows out your open nosal. It feels a little uncomfortable at first and then I do the other nosal. I then blow my nose and repeat the process. It seems to clear out the cannels that build up with gunk and I continue this process (if I have bad hay fever) probably 6 x per day but feel heaps better and don’t need any other hay fever medication.

It depends on the individual case; sometimes a hefty dose of Vitamin C every day [500mg or more] will help. Some people say that eating bee pollen from local bees on a regular basis will help cut down on pollen allergies. In an emergency, you can take 200mg of Niacin [not Niacinamide], preferably on an empty stomach. You will flush red, your skin will feel hot for a few minutes, and then go back to normal. After this, the allergy symptoms will be gone. You have just released a lot of histamines into your bloodstream [hence the flushing] and there’s not enough left for ordinary allergic symptoms. It takes a while for the body to build up enough histamines to produce hay fever symptoms. This will not do you any harm, dramatic though it may seem.
