There is no Chilean venture capital industry, if you mean “Silicon Valley style” venture capital. There are funds that claim to be VC but they are really private equity. Rich people in Chile don’t invest their money in VC funds. They invest their money in copper mining, salmon farming, viniculture (wine), fruits, wood/pulp industry.
