What Is A Learners License?
A Florida Learner’s License allows you to drive during daylight hours during the first three months. After three months, Learner’s License holders may drive until 10pm. Drivers holding a Learner’s License MUST be accompanied by a licensed driver who is at least 21 years old. The licensed drive MUST be seated in the front passenger seat.
