What is a meal exchange and how do I arrange one?
Meal exchanges are a way for you to have a special meal for your fraternity, residence hall, or campus organization at no or very little cost. Ordering one is easy. Just print off a copy of our meal exchange form, fill it out, and drop it by the food service director’s office along with those who will be attending the event (please include their bar-code numbers as well). We can only service one meal exchange per night and so you should book your event early. You will need to have 15 or more people and have their permission to use their names in your request. You will be exchanging a meal in our dining room for the meal exchange so your card will not work in the dining room during that meal. Meal exchanges need to be during regular dining hours.
