get some hot peppers, the hotter the better, say cayenne or hungarian yellow and soak them, or cook them in water. Make up a solution in a spray bottle and hit your plants with it. If you have the time, you can also hand pick the bugs off and make sure that you can check the underside of the leaves for any eggs that are left, and be sure to destroy these too.
