What is a nominated signatory?
This is a person that your organisation has nominated to be an authorised signatory when checking the identity of each applicant using the ID checklist we provide. This would normally be the registered manager or another person authorised by them. This process is carried out when you register with us and does not mean the nominated signatory can sign the back of the Disclosure form.
