The one-time close program allows our clients to save money on closing costs. Clients actually close on the construction loan and the permanent loan at the same time, incurring closing cost only once. Plus, the interim construction rate is extremely aggressive and clients have multiple opportunities to lock in permanent rates throughout the construction period.
