What is a payment extension and how does it work?
A payment extension may be granted to a customer upon request to allow more time to pay their JEA bill. A payment extension is only approved if the customers account status is in good standing with JEA. If the payment extension is granted, the payment must be made in the agreed amount of time. Failure to honor a payment extension will result in disconnection of service without further notice. Learn more.
