What is a Pre-Paid Return Envelope?

A prepaid envelope is one of the best ways to save time and money for those who want to distribute letters, items, documents, or even small postal items. The sender simply decides which envelope fits their needs, pays a set rate, and sends the completed envelope their way. They vary in the speed of delivery, the size of the item being mailed, the company that performed the delivery, and, of course, the cost. So I look for a post office near me and send what I need there.

I still don’t get it. Can you explain it in a simpler way?

Prior to October 2010, SmartScrubs included a pre-paid Priority Mail return envelope with every S.C.R.U.B.S. order to make your return effortless. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason: 1. Fill in your name and address on the return address area of the envelope. 2. Check mark “Refund only” or “Exchange” in the return address area of envelope. 3. Complete the return portion of your packing slip. 4. Fill envelope with garments and a copy of your packing slip. 5. Drop envelope at the Post Office or hand to your mail carrier. If you have any questions regarding the use of the return envelope, or if you did not receive one with your purchase, call 800.800.5788 and a customer service representative will gladly assist. Please note: As of 10/27/10, pre-paid return envelopes are no longer issued.
