For purposes of modifying a behavior, or getting your just deserts, a harsh and strict corporal punishment session may begin with you having to go upstairs, remove your clothes, and stand bare bottom in the corner for fifteen minutes. Then I will come in the room, drag you over to the couch/chair/bed, pull you over my lap, and repeatedly paddle your bare bottom until I am convinced that you have learnt your lesson.
