What is a Starter Diet?

The Starter Diet will detox or clean out your system, getting rid of all the unwanted stodgy foods that you may have eaten prior to dieting. The Starter Diet will help you to lose a good few pounds, which will give you the motivation to keep trying. It has a breakfast, lunch, evening meal and snack. On your Starter Diet, we will teach you how to nibble on certain foods that will speed up your metabolic rate to improve your weight loss.
