What is a sweat equity package?
Doing the work yourself, gives you the authority and flexibility, to choose who will complete the various tasks needed to finish your home. You can choose to do most of the work yourself (if you wish) or hire a sub contractor, to complete what’s left. Most of our customers go with the “sweat equity” package. That way you get the savings.
