What is a vacation rental and how does it differ from a hotel or motel?

Unlike traditional hotels or motels, our vacation rentals feature amenities and appointments similar to a traditional home. Each vacation rental features fully equipped kitchens, living areas, covered decks/patios, central heat & air and private bedrooms. Other amenities that differ from a hotel or motel include outdoor hot tubs, indoor jetted tubs, game rooms with pool tables, privacy and much more! Vacation rentals are spacious, allowing for families and guests to easily interact with one another, which can often be difficult when staying in a hotel or similar property.
