What is a valid baseball hitter event?
Each participant batter in a BBH event MUST HAVE AT LEAST ONE COMPLETED PLATE APPEARANCE for the event to be valid. A completed plate appearance is defined as a batter who completes his plate appearance with an out (for example: strike out, sacrifice fly or other methods in the game of baseball on which the event is based), or reaches at least first base safely (for example: base hit, base on balls, hit by pitch, or other methods of reaching at least first base safely in the game of baseball on which the event is based). Otherwise, for PROLINE , the odds revert to 1.00 for that event.
