What is a virtual accountant or virtual bookkeeper?
Instead of employing a bookkeeper in your office on a daily, weekly or monthly basis, you provide PVS with all the necessary documentation to code correctly and produce all financial statements, sales reports, and budget reports to fit your needs. The documentation can be sent via a courier service, faxed, scanned and e-mailed, or snail-mailed. We then e-mail back to you the reports that you request monthly, and consult with you via a telephone, in order to help you understand the direction your business is headed.
