Acetaminophen is a pain reliever and a fever reducer. Phenyltoloxamine is an antihistamine. It blocks the effects of the naturally occurring chemical histamine in the body. Phenyltoloxamine prevents sneezing; itchy, watery eyes and nose; and other symptoms of allergies and hay fever. Acetaminophen and phenyltoloxamine is used to treat aches and pains, headache, fever, and congestion associated with the flu, colds, allergies, and hay fever.
