hi member, active x are like components which helps pc to scan ur pc online aur some stuff like that it have two side good and bad one and my opininion is that plz donwload AX of trusted sites not all of them, from my point of view it cant b repaired, plz reinstall it OPEN INTERNET EXPLORER > TOOLS > MANAGE ADD ONS go there and remove ur specified active x
