The amount of the dividend is decided by the general assembly of shareholders after a proposal of the Board of Directors. As a general rule, the Board of Directors will propose to the shareholders to pay out a dividend equivalent to 35% to 40% of the net result. The dividend is paid out the following working day after the shareholders meeting which approved it.
