What is an “Admin” and what do they do?
As your company begins to bring multiple users into the mBLAST system, you’ll find that your mBLAST administrator plays an essential role in your company’s use of the system. This is the person who has complete access to your firm’s mBLAST content and who controls which people – both within and outside your company – can access and manipulate that content. While this role is important, it’s not difficult to perform. mBLAST makes it easy with Wizards and simple Web interfaces and a lot of well thought out automation. For example, when you delete someone from your company (or from a particular role in your company), mBLAST will automatically prompt your admin to fill that role, even to the point of offering up a list of employees to choose from.
