What is an Apparatus lesson?
These lessons will teach you the method using the Pilates apparatus. Our studios are each equipped with at least 4 springboards, 3 reformers, 1 trap table, 2 wunda chairs, 1 ladder barrel and an assortment of other smaller pieces of equipment and apparatus. You will be able to choose private(1 client at a time…highly suggested when you first begin), semi private (2 clients at a time), trio (3 clients at a time) or independent (no instructor guiding you) lessons. We can help you arrange so you work out with a friend, or we can pair you up with someone. The Pilates Center encourages working with a different teacher from time to time to keep your workout fresh, challenging and exciting. We also have Group Apparatus Classes available at specific times throughout the week. You will need to pre-register for these in order to save your spot.
