What is an Energy/Chakra Treatment?
An Energy/Chakra Treatment is a directed energetic connection to your Energy Centers (sometimes called chakrahs) in an action of communicating, soothing, opening, aligning, and expansion. It sometimes involves my interpretation of what your Energy Centers are communicating. I relay these to you as “messages.” An Energy/Chakra Treatment facilitates connecting to and experiencing your own Energy, recognizing and returning it to your inherent energetic harmony. It begins with a “letting go” of stress and relaxing, but transforms into experiencing being ‘present’ and in balance with yourself. Separation between different aspects of yourself – the inner self (subjective) and the outer self (objective) – are encouraged to become One again. I liken it to tuning an instrument to release its Melody Masterpiece.
