Erosion Hazard Lines show the predicted change in the position of the shoreline over time. The Lines are determined by combining knowledge of the existing shoreline trend with the coastal processes (such as sand erosion) operating or likely to operate in the area. You can view the Erosion Hazard Line (226kb pdf) on the Stockton coastline map.
