You are driving recklessly [i.e., either you are intoxicated or in some other way driving in a very unsafe manner - racing your car on the streets, for example], and during the course of that you hit someone and they die as a result. I think DUI is an overused vehicular manslaughter example. I'd use the example of street racing. Hope that helps!
