What Is An Inventory And Appraisement?
In a Contested Case, each party will be required to furnish a Sworn Inventory and Appraisement to the attorney for the other party. This Inventory and Appraisement is a detailed listing of all property and debt, including the value the party places on each item, details about the source of the item, and the character (community property, separate property, property of a third party or the children, joint debt, individual debt, secured or unsecured debt, etc.).
