What is an off-site built modular home?

0

Our homes are constructed in a climate controlled environment using state of the art engineering and assembly line techniques. Our Manufacturing facility, Ritz-Craft, uses the same brand name building materials and builds to the same building code requirements as all local site builders. State or independent third party inspectors carefully inspect each home we build. Modular homes are shipped to the building site on two or more steel carriers and erected on the building site by highly experienced, licensed and Insured crews. At this point, the siding is installed, the decks and porches are constructed and all of the mechanical systems are installed. Once completed, our modular homes are indistinguishable from site built homes.
