SLA stands for sealed lead acid and they are the most economical type of battery that we offer. An SLA battery will hold a charge for months between charges. You should always recharge your SLA battery as soon as you can after using it. They will last much longer if they are always stored fully charged. We use AGM (Absorbent Glass Matt) Batteries. AGM batteries have nothing to spill and the batteries can be operated in any position (even upside down) because they have a fiber core.
