What is an SQTR (Specialty Qualification Training Record)?

0

The Specialty Qualification Training Record (SQTR) is used to record training in a particular ES speciality. Every specialty has its own SQTR with specific tasks that must be mastered prior to being enabled to perform on an Air Force Assigned Mission in that specialty. The task IDs listed on the SQTR can be found in the appropriate Task Guide. The most common Task Guides used are the Ground/Urban Direction Finding Team Task Guide and the Mission Aircrew Task Guides for Mission Scanner, Mission Observer and Mission Pilot.
