What is APICS policy regarding customer cancellations?

All cancellations for fee based APICS Webinars must be in writing and e-mailed to webinar@apics.org a minimum of 24 hours before the program start date to receive a refund (less a $15 processing fee). Please save all e-mail correspondence to and from APICS. Refunds will be applied to the same credit card that purchased the site registration and will be processed within 10 business days following the receipt of a written request.
