What is bank acquisition fees in a bmw lease?

There is only one acquisition fee in a lease and it’s charged by the lease company or finance company, not the dealer. Some lease companies tell their dealers to automatically include it in the Capitalized Cost, where you might not notice it if you don’t look. Other lease companies, more recently, have made it an “up-front” fee and include it in your “cash due at lease inception” costs. If you really don’t want to pay it up-front, the dealer can add it to your Cap Costs. For more details, see the following article: http://www.leaseguide.com/Glossary/acqui… .
